Level 1 (Apprentice Trainer)

• BCRPA certification level or additional degree (Kinesiology, Humankinetics,
   CAN FIT PRO...etc)

• 6 months to 2 years of practical experience

• Basic program/design knowledge

Level 2 (Professional Trainer)

• BCRPA certification level or additional degree (Kinesiology, Humankinetics,
   CAN FIT PRO...etc)

• 2 to 8 years of consistent practical experience

• Knowledge of advanced programdesign

• Advanced exercise techniques

• Injury prevention & correction


Level 3 (Elite/Master Trainer)

• 8-10 years+ of consistent practical experience in the industry

• Degree in Kinesiology, Humankinetics, PAUL CHECK INSTITUTE, NSCA, BCRPA,
   CAN FIT PRO, ACSM, ACE...etc

• Extensive experience in advanced program design for athletes

• Various extensive backgrounds in Fitness/Weightloss (competition background ,Ex    pro athlete, martial arts background...etc)

• Extensive knowledge customizing menu-plans/nutritional  background

• Injury prevention & correction (rehab)

• Specialty training (Pre/Postnatal Programs...etc)

• In-depth understanding of sportpsychology

• Refined coaching skills

 
There are 3 levels of personal trainers. Level 1 is an apprentice trainer, level 2 is a professional trainer with 2-8 years experience and the final level is a master trainer. Master trainers have 8-10+ years of consistent experience in the industry. They also have minimum 2 years of experience in advanced program design for athletes, various extensive backgrounds in fitness/weight loss, extensive knowledge in customizing menu plans, vast nutritional backgrounds, and extensive knowledge of injury prevention and correction. Pirouz Khonsari is a master trainer.
